摘要
采用磷酸–水化复合脱胶浸出棉籽混合油,考察了棉籽混合油脱胶过程中混合油浓度、脱胶温度、脱胶时间、磷酸溶液添加量、磷酸溶液浓度对磷脂脱除效果的影响,确定适宜的工艺条件为棉籽混合油浓度80%、脱胶温度45℃、脱胶时间20 min、磷酸溶液添加量8%(占油质量)、磷酸溶液浓度4%,验证试验得到的脱胶棉籽油磷脂含量为5 178 mg/kg,脱胶棉籽油得率为97.35%,所得浓缩磷脂丙酮不溶物含量为53.43%。
Cottonseed miscella was degummed with diluted phosphoric acid solution. The influences of oil concentration, degumming temperature, degumming time, addition amount of phosphoric acid solution, phosphoric acid concentration on removing phospholipids were investigated. The results indicated that the optimal conditions were as follows: oil concentration of 80%, degumming temperature of 45 qC, degumming time of 20 min, addition amount of phosphoric acid solution 8%, phosphoric acid concentration of 4%. A proof test was carried out according to the best process conditions, the results showed that the degummed cottonseed oil yield was 97.35%, phospholipid content was 5 178 mg/kg, the acetone insoluble residue of concentrated cottonseed phospholipid was 53.43%.
