生态语言学从生态视角研究语言的多样性以及语言和世界的关系。本文展示了这一新兴学科带来的多样性的课题。语际关系、语篇与世界的关系以及听话者和说话者的对话情景被比作桥梁极具张力的拱顶。语言的"生态建构主义",即语言在本体论占据主导地位的环境中解释世界的方式,是一个应该引起语言学家特别关注的研究领域。

Ecolinguistics studies linguistic diversity and the interrelations between language and world from an ecological point of view.This paper shows the diversity of topics which this new approach offers.The interrelations between different languages,the relation between text and world and the dialogic situation of speaker and hearer are compared to the tensional arches of a bridge.The'ecoconstructivism'of language,i.e.the way language construes the world in the ontological domain of life in an environment is shown to be a field of study which should be of particular interest to linguists.
