摘要
为了提高矿用多回路电磁启动器温度数据传输的可靠性,提出一种基于CAN总线的多回路温度数据传输技术。在分析DSP集成CAN模块基础上,对数据传输系统整体结构进行设计,数据传输主要包括温度信息反馈单元、监测分站、CAN通讯接口、CAN物理总线、上位机与CAN物理总线和上位机接口等。重点设计监测分站与CAN总线接口及CAN物理总线与上位机接口,并设计CAN通讯软件数据发送软件流程,实现了多回路的分散采集、集中管理、远程监控与存储。
In order to improve the reliability of mining multi-loop electromagnetic starter data trans- mission, a multi-loop based on CAN bus temperature data transmission technology is presented. By means of analyzing the CAN module based on DSP integration structure, data transmission system as a whole is designed. The data transmission system mainly includes temperature informa- tion feedback unit, monitoring substation, CAN communication interface, CAN physical bus, PC, connector between CAN physical bus and PC, etc. The design focuses on monitoring substation, CAN bus interface and the connector between CAN physics bus and PC. The procedure in CAN communication software data sending is designed. Multi-loop scattered collection, centralized man- agement, remote monitoring and storage are realized.
