血清CA19-9、CA125、CA242联合检测对胆管癌诊断价值的评价

Diagnostic value of joint detection of serum CA19-9,CA125 and CA242 for cholangiocarcinoma

目的:研究血清CA19-9、CA125、CA242联合检测对胆管癌的诊断价值。方法:选择在我院接受手术切除的35例胆管癌患者作为恶性组,同期在我院接受手术切除的30例胆石症患者作为良性组,术前采集血清标本并测定CA19-9、CA125、CA242含量,术后采集胆管癌组织和正常胆管组织并测定增殖、侵袭分子的含量。结果:恶性组血清中CA19-9、CA125、CA242的含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05);胆管癌组织中PROX-1、Ki-67、Bcl-2、Bad、Gab1、LOXL2、TRPM7、CXCL12含量高于良性胆管组织(P<0.05),E-cadherin含量低于良性胆管组织(P<0.05);血清CA19-9、CA125、CA242含量与PROX-1、Ki-67、Bcl-2、Bad、Gab1、LOXL2、TRPM7、CXCL12的含量呈正相关,与E-cadherin的含量呈负相关。结论:血清CA19-9、CA125、CA242联合检测不仅能够为胆管癌的诊断提供参考,还能够为增殖、侵袭等恶性生物学行为的评估提供依据。

Objective： To study the diagnostic value of joint detection of serum CA19-9,CA125 and CA242 for cholangiocarcinoma. Methods： A total of 35 patients with cholangiocarcinoma who received surgical resection in our hospital were selected as malignant group; 30 patients with cholelithiasis who received surgical resection in our hospital during the same period were selected as benign group. Serum samples were collected before surgery to determine CA19-9,CA125 and CA242 content; and cholangiocarcinoma tissue and normal bile duct tissue were collected after surgery to determine the content of proliferation and invasion molecules. Results： Serum CA19-9,CA125 and CA242 levels of malignant group were significantly higher than those of control group（ P〈0. 05）;PROX-1,Ki-67,Bcl-2,Bad,Gab1,LOXL2,TRPM7 and CXCL12 levels in cholangiocarcinoma tissue were significantly higher than those in benign bile duct tissue（ P〈0. 05）; and E-cadherin level was significantly lower than that in benign bile duct tissue（ P〈0.05）; serum CA19-9,CA125 and CA242 levels were positively correlated with PROX-1,Ki-67,Bcl-2,Bad,Gab1,LOXL2,TRPM7 and CXCL12 levels,and negatively correlated with E-cadherin level. Conclusions： Joint detection of serum CA19-9,CA125 and CA242 can not only provide reference for the diagnosis of cholangiocarcinoma,but also can provide basis for the evaluation of prolifera-tion,invasion and other malignant biological behaviors.
