摘要
介绍了兴澄特钢3200高炉L2过程控制管理系统的结构、软硬件配置、系统开发和管理过程中的重点,该系统实现的主要功能有:原燃料供料信息管理、料批信息查询、出铁管理、生产实绩管理、炉缸炉底冷却壁温度管理。为更好地服务于生产提供工艺信息数字化的依据,实现科学炼铁、经济炼铁。
It is introduced the structure,software and hardware configuration,keys in system development and management procedure of L2 process control management system for 3200 blast furnace of Xingcheng Special Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd. The main functions in this system are： raw and fuel materials supply information management,materials batch information inquiry,iron tapping management,actual production management,temperature management for cooling wall of hearth and bottom. It offers the digital process information to serve better for production,realized scientifically and economical iron making.
