摘要 针对钒钛磁铁矿性价比高的优势,冶金工作者通过不懈努力,使高炉冶炼钒钛磁铁矿技术得到了大规模推广。介绍了承钢2 500 m^3高炉中钛渣钒钛矿冶炼的强化措施,主要有建立完善入炉原燃料质量评价模型、制定原料供应条件变化的应急预案、优化操作制度,应用和推广干熄焦技术、高富氧大喷煤技术等。2 500 m^3高炉冶炼中钛炉渣钒钛矿达到了"上稳"和"下活",实现了"低耗"和"长寿"。 With unremitting effort of metallurgical workers,the technique to smelt vanadium- titanium magnetite in blast furnace gets a large- scale promotion to exploit its superiority in high cost performance. It is introduced the strengthening measures in smelt of medium titanium slag vanadium- titanium magnetite of Cheng Steel,mainly included: building and improving the entering- furnace raw and fuel materials quality evaluation model,settling dow n emergency plans for raw material supply conditions change,optimizing operation system,applying and spreading dry quenching of coke and high oxygen and large- quantity coal injection and etc. The smelt in 2 500 m^3 blast furnace reaches to " upper steady" and " low er active",realizes "low consumption" and " long work life".
