护理风险管理在儿科病房中的实施与效果分析

Analysis of Implementation and Effect of Nursing Risk Management in the Pediatric Ward

目的分析并研究在儿科病房中实施护理风险管理的的效果。方法选择2015年3月—2016年3月期间,该院收治的214例儿科住院患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表抽取法均分成观察组和对照组,每组各107例,对照组由采用常规护理模式进行护理,观察组采用护理风险管理模式进行护理,观察比较两组患者的住院时间、不良事件发生率及家长护理满意度。结果观察组患儿住院时间明显低于对照组,数据比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿护理不良事件发生率为3.74%,对照组患儿护理不良事件发生率为11.21%,数据比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿家长护理满意度评分为(91.43±3.12)分,对照组患儿家长护理满意度评分为(79.46±4.52)分,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理风险管理在儿科病房中应用可以有效降低不良事件发生率,提高家长护理满意度,值得推广应用。

Objective To analyze and research the effect of implementing nursing risk management in the pediatric ward.Methods 214 cases of inpatients in the pediatric department in our hospital from March 2015 to March 2016 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups with 107 cases in each, the control group adopted conventional nursing model for nursing, the observation group adopted risk management model for nursing, and the length of stay, incidence rate of adverse events and nursing satisfactory degree of parents of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The length of stay in the observation group was obviously lower than that in the control group with statistical significance by comparison, P〈0.05, the difference in the incidence rate of nursing adverse events between the observation group and the control group had statistical significance by comparison,（3.74% vs 11.21%）, P〈0.05, and the difference in the nursing satisfactory degree score of children＇s parents between the observation group and the control group had statistical significance by comparison, [（91.43±3.12） marks vs（79.46±4.52） marks], P〈0.05. Conclusion The application of nursing risk management in the pediatric ward can effectively reduce the incidence rate of adverse events and improve the nursing satisfactory degree of parents, which is worth promotion and application.
