摘要
目的分析目标管理理论在临床护理管理中的应用效果。方法对该院护理人员于2013年1—12月未实行目标管理,于2014年1—12月实行目标管理,比对其实行前后的整体护理质量、护士长素质以及护理满意度。结果实行目标管理理论前后,比对其护理质量评分、护士长综合素质评分以及护理满意度,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在科室中采用目标管理理论能够提升临床护理管理质量,有助于护患关系的改善。
Objective To analyze the application effect of target management theory in the clinical nursing management.Methods The nursing personnel in our hospital were not given target management from January 2013 to December 2013 and were given target management from January 2014 to December 2014, and the whole nursing quality, head nurse's quality and nursing satisfactory degree before and after implementation were compared. Results The differences in the nursing quality score, head nurse's overall quality score and nursing satisfactory degree before and after implementing the target management theory had statistical significance by comparison, P〈0.05. Conclusion Adopting target management theory in the department can improve the clinical nursing management quality and contribute to improving the nurse-patient relationship.
