摘要
目的探讨人性化护理管理用于儿科护理管理的临床应用效果。方法选取2014年7月1日—2015年6月30日之间在该院就诊的500例患者作为研究对象,并按照随机方式分为两组,分别使用常规护理和人性化护理管理进行护理,观察两组患者的医疗效果及患者家属的满意程度,以及对参与护士进行结果调查。结果采用人性化护理管理的试验组患者治疗满意度(95.2%)、患者及其家属服务满意度(96.8%)、医患关系满意度(96.4%)均明显高于常规组(75.6%、71.2%、76.4%),差异具有统计学意义值(P<0.05)。结论在儿科护理中采用人性化护理的管理可以有效减少患者的疼痛感,提高患者家属的满意度;有效缓解参与护理护士的工作压力,提高护理服务质量,是一种较为有效的临床护理方法。
Objective To study the clinical application effect of humanistic nursing management in the nursing management in the department of pediatrics. Methods 500 cases of patients diagnosed in our hospital from July 1, 2014 to June 30,2015 were selected as the examples and randomly divided into two groups, and were respectively given conventional nursing and humanistic nursing management, and the medical effect and satisfactory degree of patient's family of the two groups were observed, and the participating nurses were given the result survey. Results Humanistic nursing management group of patient satisfaction(95.2%), the satisfaction of patients and their families(96.8%), the relationship between doctor and patient satisfaction(96.4%) were significantly higher than the control group(75.6%, 71.2%, 76.4%),The difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion Adopting humanistic nursing management in the nursing in the department of pediatrics can effectively reduce the pain of patients, improve the satisfactory degree of patient's family, effectively relieve the work pressure of nurses participating in nursing and improving the nursing service quality, which can be used as an effective clinical nursing method.
