社区糖尿病健康教育管理的研究进展

社区糖尿病健康教育是糖尿病防治中的重要手段,在社区中进行高质量的健康教育,可显著提高社区人群对糖尿病的知晓率和控制率,延缓或阻断糖尿病患者各类并发症的发生,减少各类医疗费用的支出,减轻广大糖尿病家庭的经济负担,从而全面提高生活质量。该文对社区糖尿病的健康教育模式、健康教育内容等方面进行了综述,并对今后的管理方向进行了展望,从而为今后在社区中开展糖尿病健康教育及管理提供指导和借鉴。

The community diabetes health education is the major means in the prevention and cure of diabetes, the highquality health education in community can obviously improve the community population＇s awareness rate and control rate of diabetes, postpone or block the occurrence of various complications in patients with diabetes, reduce the expenditure of various medical costs and relieve the economic burden of massive diabetes families thus comprehensively improving the quality of life. The paper summarizes the health education model and health education content of community diabetes and prospects the future management direction thus providing guidance and reference for carrying out diabetes health education and management in community in the future.
