一种地下金属管线探测器测深补偿算法研究 被引量:3

摘要 地下金属管线探测器在探测时因为各地的地电特性差异而呈现不同的测深误差,有时大大超出仪器规定的误差范围,针对这个问题,通常的做法是实地选点探测,然后开挖验证,根据测量值和真实值的关系给出补偿系数,但是这种方法因为基本上靠半手工补偿,所以工作量大、效率低下。在自主研制的地下管线探测器系统中引入最小二乘法,能够根据测量值和真实值自动算出补偿公式,同时在探测系统中增加补偿公式的保存和选择功能,可以较好地实现不同地方的实地测深补偿及测量功能,经实验证明,补偿后的测深误差在±2%h(h为地下金属管线埋深)以内。 Different depth measurement error will occur due to the difference of electrical characteristics of soil in different regions during the underground metallic pipeline detector detection.To solve the problem,the usual practice is to choose the spot and detection,then to dig to verify,last to correct the measurement value according to the real value.But this method relies on half manual basically,so the workload is big and the efficiency is low.The least square method is introduced in the design of the underground metallic pipeline detector system.This system can calculate the compensation formula automatically and has the functions of saving and selecting.It can better complete the compensation and measurement functions in different regions.The experimental results show that the error of the compensation is less than 2%h(h is the depth of the underground metallic pipeline).
