摘要
基于压电堆驱动器设计并开发了一台一维微振动主动隔振平台。利用FX-LMS自适应算法,开发了一套自动控制系统。最后通过实验对其隔振效果进行了测试和分析。结果表明,该一维微振动主动隔振平台具有良好的隔振效果,可广泛应用于各种微振动主动隔离场合。
Based on piezoelectric stack actuator,one dimension micro-vibration active isolation platform is designed and manufactured.An automation control system is developed by using FX-LMS adaptive algorithm.At last,the isolation effect of the one dimension active isolation platform is tested and analyzed through experimental method.The result shows that the one dimension active isolation platform has good isolation effect,it can be applied to many kinds of micro-vibration active isolation occasions.
