测试性试验中定数截尾试验方案与序贯试验方案的对比

Comparison of Fixed Failure Number Test Plan with Sequential Censored Test Plan in Testability Test

针对目前测试性试验中的定数截尾试验方案和序贯截尾试验方案,在其各自工程应用的基础上,对比分析两种方案的优缺点,从理论分析、样本量确定、样本的抽样分配、测试性指标的评估和适用性5个方面进行论述,阐述各自的特点和适用范围。研究成果为测试性试验方案的制定提供理论基础,是对现有测试性试验方案制定理论方法的补充和完善,对测试性验证试验的工程开展具有很强的指导意义。

At present,fixed failure number test plan and sequentially censored test are used in testability test.On the basis of their respective engineering application,the advantages and disadvantages of the two plans are compared and analyzed from five aspects of theoretical analysis,the determination of sample size,the sampling distribution of sample,evaluation and applicability of test indicators.At the same time,their characteristics and application scope are expounded.Research result provides a theoretical foundation for the testability test plan formulation,it is supplement and improvement for the existing testability test plan,and has a strong guiding significance to the testability verification test.
