摘要
心血管疾病与血管功能障碍密切相关,早期检测血管功能可以对心血管疾病进行有效预防和治疗。利用肱动脉血流阻断的血管功能检测属于无创检测技术,操作较简便,敏感性高,更容易被大众接受。本文对基于肱动脉血流阻断的血管功能检测方法、建模分析、临床应用以及发展前景等方面进行了概述,其中包括血流介导的血管舒张功能检测、指尖热检测等方法。
Cardiovascular disease greatly correlates with vascular dysfunction. Early detection of vascular function can prevent cardiovascular disease effectively. The brachial artery occlusion is a non-invasive detection with high sensibility, easy operating, excellent prospect and pratical value. This paper reviews the method of vascular function detection based on brachial artery occlusion, modeling research, clinical application and prospect of the technique generally.
