摘要
本文合成18-β-甘草次酸衍生物4个,采用MT法测定其18-β-甘草次酸衍生物的抗HBV活性。再进行样品抑制Hep G2.2.15细胞表达表面抗原(HBs Ag)的测试。通过测试样品GLY-1、GLY-5、GLY-9、GLY-10对HBs Ag的分泌表达有一定的抑制作用。
Four 18-β-glycyrrhetinic acid derivatives were synthesized by carbohydrate chemistry modification, and the anti-HBV activities of these compounds were determined by MTT method. Their inhibition abilities on HepG2.2. 15 cells expressing HBsAg were tested. The resuks showed that GLY-1,GLY-5,GLY-9,GLY-10 have certain inhibitory effect on the secretory expression of HBsAg.
