摘要
以草料和食用菌废料进行杏鲍菇的栽培试验,能循环利用生物资源。本试验以草料和废料作为栽培原料进行杏鲍菇栽培的试探性研究。结果表明草料搭配适量的食用菌栽培废料完全可以满足杏鲍菇生长所需的营养需求。草料含量在45%~55%之间时在菌丝生长情况、子实体特性和生产特性与对照接近或优于对照,其中草料含量为55%时在子实体特性和生产指标都超过对照组,所以草料含量为55%是所有设计配方中的最佳配方。说明草料作为一种新的栽培料栽培杏鲍菇是可行的,其经济效益有明显的提高。
This experiment is an exploratory study on the cultivation of Pleurotus enyngii Quel. with grass and sawdust as main cultivating materials. The results showed that grass with appropriate amount of sawdust could meet the nutritional re- quirements of the growth of Pleurotus enyngii. When the grass ratio was between 45 % - 55 %, the hypha growth, sporocarp features and production indexes were close to or better than the control group. When the grass ratio was 55 %, the sporo- carp features and production indexes were better than the control group. So the formula with 55 % grass was the optimum formula. The study has proved that to cultivate Pleurotus enyngii with grass is feasible, and that this method has greater eco- nomic benefit.
