摘要
建立高效液相色谱法测定青钱柳中槲皮素、山柰素的含量,并测定黔东南州不同产地青钱柳中槲皮素、山柰素的含量。高效液相色谱法,色谱柱Symmetry C18(5μm,150×4.6 mm,Waters);流动相:甲醇-0.4%磷酸溶液(50;50);检测波长:360 nm;柱温:30℃;流速:1.0 m L·min-1;进样量:10μl。经实验得知黔东南州不同产区的青钱柳中槲皮素、山柰素含量存在一定的差异,槲皮素的含量范围大概为0.663 2-0.814 7 mg/g;山柰素的含量范围大概为0.587 1-0.715 5 mg/g。
In this study, we developed a method for the determination of the content of quercetin and kaempferol in Cy-clocarya paliurus by HPLC, and deternined the content of quercetin and kaempferol in Cyclocarya paliurus grown in differ-ent places in Qiandongnan. The experimental scheme was as follows:chromatography column Symmetry C 18 (5 urn, 150 x4. 6 ram, Waters) , methanol / 0.4 % phosphoric acid solution(50,50) as mobile phase, detection wavelength of 360 nm,column temperature at 30 ℃ ,flow rate at 1.0mL · min-1 ,sample volume of 10 μl. The results showed that the content ofquercetin and kaempferol in Cyclocarya paliurus grown in different places were different. The content of quereetin was with-in the range of 0. 663 2-0. 814 7 mg/ g, and the content of kaempferol was within the range of 0. 587 1- 0. 715 5 mg/ g.
