摘要
介绍了济柴新型船用柴油机曲轴的结构特点,使用最小直径校核的方法进行了曲轴强度的初步计算,在曲轴详细结构参数确定后运用AVL先进模拟软件Designer进行曲轴的疲劳强度计算。该曲轴的结构强度完全满足新型船用柴油机的强化要求,为该系列发动机后续机型的研发提供了重要依据。
This paper introduces the structural characteristics of a Jichai newly developed marine diesel engine crankshaft. Preliminary erankshaft strength caleulalinn is made by the method of minimum diameter checking. Arier the detailed crankshaft structural parameters determined, crankshaft fatigue slrength calculation is made by using advanced AVL simulation software -- Designer. The structural strength of the crankshaft fully meets the requirements to strengthen this marine diesel engine, which provides an important basis for the development of the following models of this engine family.
