摘要
针对某发动机正时齿轮传动系噪声较大问题,联合齿轮供应商对前端正时传动轮系进行优化,将优化后的齿轮传动系重新与发动机本体匹配后进行台架测试,提取测点噪声曲线,并与优化前噪声曲线进行对比。结果显示,前端轮系噪声明显降低,优化效果显著。
To reduce the noise of the engine time-driving gear transmission, joining gear suppliers optimizes the front-end time-driving system. Optimized gear transmission system after matched with the engine is tested, noise curve in the measurement point is extracted to be compared with noise curve before optimized, the results showed that the front gear train noise is decreased obviously, the optimization effect is remarkable.
