外界因素对单体泵台架试验喷油量不均的影响

摘要 济柴与国内知名喷油泵制造企业合作,依托他们卓越的研发团队和先进的制造技术开发了型单体泵,并B4AG160G在济柴柴油发动机的装机试验中获得了成功。单体泵喷油量不均度影响柴油机的平稳运转,出现爆震、功率不A12V190ZL足、冒黑烟等。台架试验影响单体泵喷油量均匀性的外界因素主要有:单体泵试验台架自身的差异性、燃油黏度、燃油温度、喷油器形式、开启压力、柱塞偶件配合间隙的均匀性、喷油泵至喷油器之间油管的规格、量杯的精度、单体泵不同批次之间喷油量不均的离散性等。对比试验验证了以上因素的存在以及对喷油量影响的大小。通过制定统一的台架试验验收标准,可以避免因单体泵喷油量不均匀度在柴油机配机过程中出现的问题。 Jichai and domestic well-known fuel injection pump manufacturer cooperation, relying on their excellent R & D team and advanced manufacturing technology jointly developed the BgAG160G unit pump, and the A12V190ZL diesel engine mounted machine testing success. The external factors that affect the uniformity of the fuel injection amount of the monomer pump are mainly: unit pump test bench their difference, fuel oil viscosity, fuel temperature, injector forms, open pressure, the plunger matching parts with the gap uniform, unit pump to the fuel injector tubing specifications, measuring precision, unit pump between different batches of the injection quantity of discrete. The comparison tests verify the existence of the above factors and the size of the impact on the fuel injection quantity. Through the development of a unified bench test standard, can avoid problems in the process of distribution due to the unit pump fuel injection quantity.
