摘要
电子节气门体作为发动机进气系统中的重要功能执行部件,开合次数频繁,噪声易被驾乘人员感知,是重要的噪声源之一。我们分析了电子节气门体工作噪声产生的机理,针对某电子节气门噪声升高的问题,制定了修改节气门壳体结构以及更换壳体材料等3个改进方案,通过有限元计算评估得到降低噪声的最佳方案,并进行了试验验证,解决了某电子节气门噪声升高的问题。
As an important functional executive component of the intake system, the electronic throttle body will make its noise easy to perceive due to used frequently. This article has a focus on the noise of the electronic throttle body, and analyzed the noise generation principle. The three plans to reduce the noise is designed, which are including modify the structure of ETB housing and change the material of housing. After analyzing by finite element analysis and verifying by experiments, it solved the noise problem.
