摘要
对某乘用车在行驶过程中出现的风扇常转,节温器不开的故障进行了详细的分析,并针对此失效问题制定整改方案、该车的节温器应在小循环时关闭,大循环开启,为达到此目的,需保证节温器壳体与节温器的匹配性。
The fan is always working when the vehicle is running. This paper analyzes in detail the failure of the thermostat un-open, and find a solution that the thermostat should match well with the thermostat housing to make sure that the thermostat is open at the so called big circulate.
