摘要
SR20飞机自从投入飞行后,IO360ES发动机多次发生气门烧蚀,气门卡阻,气缸气密性压力低的故障,给维修单位造成了很大的工作麻烦,并且厂家提供的资料有限,为维护带来很大的不便。我们结合实际工作中的案例对故障加以分析,以期做到资源共享。
After SR 20 plane has been put into flight, Io360ES engine appeared valve ablation, valve jamming, low air tight pressure, engine wobbling many times, which brings great trouble to job. And material supplied by manufacturer is so limited that it is inconvenience to maintenance. This paper analyzes the trouble, combined with cases in practical work so that resources can be shared with others.
