摘要 以中冷直喷型柴油机为研究对象,采用ANSYS软件对某柴油机机体组件进行模态分析,获得了前10阶固有频率及振型。结合机体组件有限元模态分析结果对其进行了结构方案改进。在油底壳上增加了两块板使油底壳和机体相连,从而提高了机体组件的整体刚度。改进油底壳对机体组件的第1阶模态影响不大,其余各阶模态频率有所提高,且改进前后机体组件的模态振型变化较大。为柴油机的优化设计和技术改进提供重要的参考依据。 Taking an intercooling direct injection diesel engine as a specific object,the modal analysis of diesel engine body is calculated employing ANSYS and natural frequencies and flapping types of the first 10 orders are obtained. Structure improve- ment project is put forward according to the results of modal analysis. In order to improve integral rigidity of engine body, two plates are added to make oil pan and engine body conjoint. The improved oil pan has less influence on first order modal frequen- cy and more influence on other's modal frequencies. The modal shapes of engine body have less change compared with original structure. It can provide significant references for diesel engine optimal design and technological improvement.
