摘要 为了分析一种具有摆臂结构的新型六轮铰接车转向动力学性能,基于动力学仿真软件RecurDyn,在分别建立了铰接车差速器模型、轮胎模型以及路面模型的基础上,建立了六轮铰接车多体动力学仿真模型,对其在硬地路面上的转向过程进行了仿真分析。分析结果表明,在转向初始过程,整车横摆角速度波动幅度较大,易发生失稳,同时前后车体稳态转向半径和转向速度也有所不同。仿真结果为铰接车转向性能的研究以及结构的改进提供了参考指导。同时展现了RecurDyn作为多体动力学仿真软件全面高效的仿真分析能力,可成为车辆研发阶段性能预测的有力工具。 A simulation model of six-wheeled articulated vehicle is established in this paper after establishing a differential mechanism model, a tire model and a road model of articulated vehicle based on the multibody dynamics simulation software Re- curDyn to carry out simulation analysis on the steering process of a new type of six-wheeled articulated vehicle with a swing arm, in order to analyze its dynamic performance during steering. The result shows that, during the primary stage of steering, the yaw velocity of the whole vehicle fluctuates greatly, which is prone to instability, meanwhile, the steady-state turning radiuses and speeds of the front and rear parties of the vehicle differentiate to some degree. The simulation results pose as a reference and guidance for the study on the steering performance of articulated vehicle and relevant structural improvements. Meanwhile, it also demonstrated the comprehensive and effective simulation analysis ability of the multibody dynamics simulation software Recur- Dyn, which could become a powerful tool for the performance prediction of the vehicle during the development stage.
