摘要
以某款轿车车门为研究对象,通过UG建立车门三维模型,对车门不同材料进行静态和模态方面的有限元分析,分析结果为车门的设计、改进和优化提供一定的理论依据。
The analysis of static strength of the door structure is very important in the structural design of the doors. A front door of one style automobile is given as a model in this paper. The three dimensional model is built in UG. The frame stiffness and strength are analyzed based on different material, the static and dynamic analysis characteristics of the frame are the base of its structure design, improvement and optimization.
