摘要
以南京科举博物馆一期一区工程施工为例,介绍了软土地基中扩大头抗浮锚杆桩在逆作法工程中的应用和施工技术要点。同时,从技术数据、工期、经济效益等方面对比分析了扩大头锚杆桩在逆作法工程中的2种施工方案。分析表明,扩大头锚杆桩在软土地基条件下的逆作法工程中具有良好的施工和经济效果。
Taking the first stage engineering construction of Nanjing Imperial Examination Museum at area I as an example, this paper introduces several key construction techniques of anti-floating anchor rod pile with bottom-expanded head applied to soft-soil foundation top-down construction. Meanwhile, the paper also introduces a comparative analysis on two construction schemes from several aspects of technical data, construction period and economic benefits. The analysis result indicates that application of anti-floating anchor rod pile with bottom-expanded head to soft-soil foundation top-down construction has good constructional and economic effects.
