待功高速公路大厚度水泥稳定碎石基层设计与施工 被引量:8

摘要 针对大厚度水泥稳定碎石基层分层施工存在的层间结合不良、施工裂缝较多和施工工期较长等问题,以云南待功高速公路建设项目为依托,从原材料选择、室内配合比设计、施工工艺及质量检测等方面对大厚度水泥稳定碎石基层进行试验分析,总结出适合云南本地的水泥稳定碎石基层设计与施工方法。结果表明:对于大厚度水泥稳定碎石基层施工,振动击实可以更为有效地模拟现场压实;两层摊铺一次碾压比整层摊铺一次碾压的施工工艺更加可靠。 Aimed at the problems of weak interlayer binding, widespread cracks and long construction period that occur during the construction of thick cement stabilized aggregate base, the selection of materials, indoor mix design, construction technology and quality test for Daibu- Gongshan Expressway were studied, and the design and construction technology which fit for Yunnan Province were summarized. The results show that for the design of thick cement stabilized aggregate base, vibratory compaction can simulate field compaction more effectively; paving the divided two layers of the base course separately and compacting them all together is more reliable.
