摘要
对水泥胶砂试件进行硫酸盐侵蚀研究,根据测试侵蚀前后试件的抗折强度、抗压强度以及质量的变化,揭示水泥胶砂抗硫酸盐侵蚀性等影响因素的关系,并且使用扫描电镜观察受侵蚀水泥胶砂试件的微观形貌,结果表明:在硫酸盐侵蚀溶液浓度不变的情况下,降低水灰比会大大提高水泥胶砂试件的抗硫酸盐侵蚀能力;掺加粉煤灰可以有效地提高水泥胶砂试件的抗硫酸盐侵蚀能力。
Cement motar specimen was used to study the corrosion of sulphate, with its changes in flexural strength, compressive strength and mass revealing the factors that affect the corrosion resistance of cement motar. Scanning electron microscope was applied to observe the microstructure of the specimen which has being corroded. The results show that when the concentration of the sulphate solution is fixed, lowering the water-cement ratio will significantly improve the corrosion resistance; adding coal ash can also enhance cement motar's resistance to corrosion.
