摘要
以深圳地铁7号线笋洪区间为工程背景,在分析下穿洪湖施工风险的基础上,结合现场施工工艺试验,建立了地铁区间叠线隧道下穿湖泊盾构法施工技术体系,包括砂层围堰排水和注浆加固处理、浅覆土筑岛、上软下硬地层复合盾构掘进、叠线隧道夹层土注浆加固和下隧道内设移动支架的综合施工技术,为今后类似工程提供技术参考。
Taking the section from Sungang Station to Hong Lake Station of Shenzhen Metro Line 7 as the engineering background, a framework of construction technology for overlapped tunnel traversing Hong Lake by shield tunneling was established based on the analysis of construction risks of traversing Hong Lake and the field test of construction technology, which includes sand layer treated with cofferdam drainage and grouting reinforcement, shallowly covered island, upper-soft-lower-hard ground constructed with composite shield, overlapped-tunnel built with grouting reinforcement of sandwich soil and mobile steel structure in the lower tunnel. This comprehensive construction technology will provide references for similar projects in the future.
