摘要
为研究高强保温板的防冻胀效果,对其在冻融循环条件下的抗压强度、导热系数以及疲劳强度进行测试,并分析了现场铺设高强保温板后的动态变形模量、压实系数和地温变化。研究结果证明:高强保温板的力学性能可以满足埋设在无砟轨道路基基床表层内的要求;高强保温板的低热导性能在工程设计年限内是安全可靠的;高强保温板可以控制土体的冻结条件,其下的土体均处于正温,不会产生冻胀。
In order to study the anti-frost effect of high strength insulating board, tests on compressive strength, thermal conductivity and fatigue strength were conducted under the cycle of freezing and thawing, and the dynamic deformation modulus, compacting factor and ground temperature change after laying the high strength insulating board were studied. The results show that the mechanical properties of high strength insulating board meets the requirement; the low thermal conductivity is reliable in the service life of the insulating board; the high strength insulating board keeps the soil underneath from freezing.
