摘要
由于在矮塔斜拉桥施工过程中,各种不确定因素会对结构的受力性能产生影响,不同的挂篮质量对结构施工的影响也不同。通过对广明高速公路陈村特大桥进行有限元建模分析,结合该桥的特点,从设计、施工的角度论述了500t级挂篮的选型、设计、检算等关键技术,对同类桥梁悬臂浇筑施工具有一定的借鉴作用。
Uncertain factors could affect the mechanical performance of the structure during the construction process of low tower cable-stayed bridge. Meanwhile, hanging baskets with different mass have different effect on the construction. Finite element analysis was conducted on Chencun Bridge of Guangzhou-Gaoming Expressway, and key technology for model selection, design and calculation of the 500 t hanging basket was expounded combining with the characteristics of the bridge, which provides similar bridges with reference to cantilever casting.
