摘要
结合某石拱桥加固改造工程,阐述了钢筋混凝土外包主拱圈加固石拱桥的基本原理。从套箍理论、裂纹处应力强度因子变化、增大截面及锚杆原理等方面分析了外包法在提高主拱圈的承载力、增大截面刚度及耐久性方面的理论依据,简述了加固设计及施工工艺的要点。分析表明,该加固方法力学模型明确,理论依据可靠,套箍外包综合处置主拱圈病害简单实用、效果明显,对石拱桥改造工程具有一定的参考价值。
Combined with a stone bridge reinforcement project, the principle of wrapping the main arch with reinforced concrete was expounded. The theoretical basis for improvement of the main arch in bearing capacity, section stiffness and durability by the wrapping method was analyzed in aspects of the Ferrule theory, stress intensity factor change at crack spots, section increasing and the principle of bolt support, and the main points of the reinforcement design and construction technology were outlined. The analysis shows that wrapping the main arch with reinforced concrete is practical and effective, which is of reference value for the reinforcement of stone arch bridges.
