摘要
针对山区岩溶地带桥梁桩机械,从工艺适用性、成孔质量、施工安全、环保水保、进度控制等方面,通过地质条件和桩基成孔工程难度分析,对桩基机械成孔与人工挖孔施工技术进行比选。结果表明:人工挖孔施工具有工程质量易于控制、设备经济适用、施工工艺简单、生态环境影响小等优点,但作业人员安全风险高,应按规定提前进行施工安全风险评估,并认真执行专项施工方案。
Combined with the geological conditions and difficulty in construction, the comparison of digging with manpower and resorting to piling machinery was conducted in aspects of applicability, construction quality, safety, environment and water protection and progress control. The results show that manual digging is quality assuring, economic, simple and affects the environment less, while the evaluation should be carried out operating personnel are at high risk. It is suggested that a risk before the construction.
