Considering the failure of pumping stroke that happens during the working process of concrete pump truck could affect the efficiency of operations and the construction progress, the failure analysis and troubleshooting were conducted by combining the structural characteristics of the pumping system and the analysis of electric and hydraulic systems. It is suggested that being familiar with the structure and working principle of the pumping system helps to quickly eliminate related problems.
