摘要
依据ZG340-640(铸钢牌号)型号铸钢件的拨叉铸件的结构、工作原理和工艺特性,制定了拨叉铸件的铸造工艺方案。通过确定拨叉铸件铸造工艺参数和浇注系统类型,对浇注系统各组元的尺寸和截面大小进行设计。同时,对冷铁和冒口的作用进行分析,确定了冷铁和冒口的类型及其安放的位置,并计算出其数量和尺寸。最后,运用CAD设计出了拨叉铸件的铸造工艺图。
According to the materials of the ZG340- 640( cast steel grades) models of steel castings structure,working principle,process characteristics,We designed the casting process scheme of the shifting fork casting. Based on the casting process parameters and casting system type,we designed the size and section size of each component of the gating system. By analyzing the roles of chills and risers the types of chills and risers and their locations were determined,and their number and size were calculated. Finally,the shifting fork casting was designed the roagh CAD software.
