摘要
研究了用氨水从贫化炉水淬渣中浸出铜。结果表明:水淬渣经振动研磨至粒度小于-0.147mm,在70℃下浸出4.0h,控制氨水质量浓度60g/L,液固体积质量比10mL∶1g,搅拌速度500r/min,碳酸铵添加量4g/10g铜渣,结果铜浸出率为45%,氨浸液中铜的硫化钠沉淀率为89%。方法简单易行,铜回收率较高。
Recovery of copper from water quenched pyrometallurgical cleaning slag by ammonia leaching was studied.The results show that the maximum leaching rate of copper is 45% and precipitation rate of copper is 89% at the optimum conditions of 70 ℃,leaching time of 4hours,ammonia concentration of 60g/L,liquid-to-solid ratio of 10mL∶1g,stirring speed of 500r/min and ammonium carbonate addition of 40% to the slag.Copper is recoveried by leaching and followed precipitation.The process is simple,copper recovery efficiency is better.
