摘要
目的探讨慢性心力衰竭住院患者便秘的发生率及其影响因素。方法采用自制问卷，调查2015年2月～2015年7月在成都市第一人民医院心内科住院治疗的260例慢性心力衰竭患者的资料。结果患者发生便秘97例，发生率为37.31％；经单因素分析及多因素logistic回归分析显示，其中4项因素包括学历、婚姻、饮食以及心功能分级与患者便秘的发生存在相关性，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论慢性心力衰竭住院患者便秘的发生率较高，学历、婚姻、饮食以及心功能分级是影响患者便秘的因素，在临床上施行有针对性的护理干预具有重要意义。
Objective Discuss the incidence rate and the influence factors of constipation on patients with Chronic Heart Failure. Methods Using questionnaire designed by the investigators to collect the information of 260 patients with Chronic Heart Failure in The first people＇s hospital of Chengdu from February 2015-July 2015, calculate the cases of constipation. Results 97 patients with Chronic Heart Failure had constipation, the incidence rate of constipation was 37.31%; Single-factor analysis and multi-factor logistic regression analysis showed that four indicators including education, marriage, diet and heart function were iound the significant difference with the occurrence of constipation in patients,differences are Statistically significomt （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Chronic Heart Failure patients have a high incidence rate of constipation. Education, marriage, diet and heart function are influence factors for patients constipation, targeted nursing intervention have great significance in clinical practice.
