新疆哈萨克族三磷酸腺苷结合盒转运子A1基因R219K多态性与血脂的关系 被引量:1

摘要 ABCA1是一组蛋白质,其利用三磷酸腺苷(ATP)为能量基础,在细胞间和细胞内转运底物。ABCA1有不同位点的多态性,影响着多种疾病的发生发展。冠心病发病是个体遗传和环境因素相互作用的结果[1],ABCA1基因R219K位点多态性研究显示,其不同基因型影响着不同人群的血脂水平,并与冠心病的关系有所差异[2]。
