基于四维CT对呼吸运动中肺部肿瘤位移和体积变化的研究 被引量:3

摘要 现代精确放疗中,需要根据CT、磁共振(MR)等影像提供的解剖信息确定肿瘤的位置、大小,以及与周围正常组织器官和体外标记点的相对位置,设计治疗计划、实施放射治疗。但上述影像提供的往往是某一时刻静止的结构信息,受生理活动等相关因素影响,肿瘤大小及位置的变化、肿瘤与正常器官及体外标记点相对位置改变并没有考虑在内,而呼吸运动引起的胸腹部肿瘤靶区位置变化对靶区勾画、治疗计划设计有重要影响[1,2]。
