房山区门诊高血压患者达标现状及影响因素分析

Analysis of Standard-reaching Situation and Influencing Factors of Outpatients with Hypertension in Fangshan District

目的探讨房山区门诊高血压患者目前的达标状况以及外界影响因素。方法将2015年5月—2016年5月在该院进行高血压测量的90例患者进行研究,并对90例患者的达标率进行统计,分析影响高血压患者达标率的主要因素。结果 90例患者中有60例血压达标,血压总达标率为66.66%;其中,70岁以上组的达标率为21.77%,70~60岁组的达标率为15.39%,60~50岁组的达标率为13.73%,50岁以下组的达标率为12.79%;文化程度高的患者其达标率为15.7%,文化程度低的患者其达标率仅有7.6%;患有糖尿病的患者其达标率仅有4.3%,无吸烟饮酒史且长期锻炼组的达标率为22.7%,长期吸烟饮酒且缺乏锻炼组的达标率仅有8.5%。结论房山区高血压患者的实际达标率一般,达标状况欠佳。同时,影响高血压达标率的主要因素为患者年龄、文化程度、体力活动量、吸烟饮酒量以及并发症等。

Objective To study the current standard-reaching situation and outside influencing factors of outpatients with hypertension in Fangshan district. Methods 90 cases of patients with hypertension measurement in our hospital from May2015 to May 2016 were selected for research, and the standard-reaching rate of them were counted, and the main influencing factors of standard-reaching rate of patients with hypertension were analyzed. Results In the 90 cases of patients, the blood pressure of 60 cases reached standards, and the total standard-reaching rate of blood pressure was 66.66%, among them, the standard-reaching rates of the 70 group, 60~70 group, 50~60 group and 50 group were respectively 21.77%,15.39%, 13.73% and 12.79%, and the standard-reaching rates of patients with high and low educational degrees were respectively 15.7% and 7.6%, and the standard-reaching rate of patients with diabetes was only 4.3%, the standard-reaching rate of patients without smoking and drinking history but with long-term exercise was 22.7%,and the standard-reaching rate of patients with long-term smoking and drinking and lack of exercise was only 8.5%. Conclusion The actual standard-reaching rate of patients with hypertension in Fangshan district is in general, and the standard-reaching situation is not good, at the same time, the main influencing factors of standard-reaching rate of hypertension are age, educational degree,physical activity scale, smoking and drinking volume and complications.
