医学影像从业人员放射防护知识水平的调查与对策分析

Survey on Radioactive Prevention Knowledge Level of Medical Image Employees and Analysis of Strategy

目的了解医院医学影像从业人员防护知识情况,以采取措施,有效避免医护人员因辐射损害自身健康。方法复习相关文献并对部分医院放射科从事医学影像的工作人员进行辐射防护知识情况调查。结果县区级医院对放射防护基本知识了解占50.6%,市级医院为69.6%,乡镇医院仅占39.8%;对放射卫生相关法规标准了解,市级医院占76.0%,县区级医院占54.6%,乡镇医院占37.2%;放射应急知识了解县区级医院占49.0%,乡镇医院仅占38.5%,市级医院占67.2%;医用诊断X射线机房总体布局遵循的原则工作了解,县区级医院占52.6%,市级医院占67.2%,乡镇医院占38.5%;出现单项检查不合格者市级医院占51.2%,县区级医院占66.7%,乡镇医院占71.7%。结论部分工作人员放射防护意识薄弱,医院对放射诊断治疗较为重视,对放射防护重视度较弱,放射防护设施和措施不足且并未对工作人员进行相关防护知识培训。

Objective To investigate the influence of hospital medical staff on the protection of knowledge, in order to take measures to effectively prevent medical personnel from radiation damage to their health. Methods The relevant papers were reviewed and the radioactive prevention knowledge of medical image employees in the department of radiology in some hospitals was surveyed. Results 50.6% in the county or district hospital, 69.6% in the municipal hospital and only 39.8% in the township hospital knew the radioactive prevention basic knowledge; 76.0% in the municipal hospital, 54.6% in the country or district hospital and 37.2% in the township hospital knew the radiation hygiene related regulations and standards;49.0% in the country or district hospital, only 38.5% in the township hospital and 67.2% in the municipal hospital knew radioactive emergency knowledge; 52.6% in the country or district hospital, 67.2% in the municipal hospital and 38.5% in the township hospital knew the principles of medical diagnostic x-ray room total layout; 51.2% in the municipal hospital, 66.7%in the country or district hospital and 71.7% in the township hospital had someone with unqualified single examination.Conclusion The radioactive prevention awareness of some staff is weak, the hospitals pay more attention to the radioactive diagnostic treatment but pay less attention to radioactive prevention, and the radioactive prevention facilities and measures are insufficient and the hospitals do not carry out training of relevant protection knowledge for staff.
