摘要
肿瘤科护士每天不仅要对肿瘤患者进行常规疾病护理、用药指导、病情观察、基础生活护理,而且还要针对不同肿瘤分期患者的心理状态对其进行心理护理和健康指导;高强度的工作及其他因素,使护士精神压力增大,甚至出现心理健康问题。管理者应重视护士心理健康卫生,针对影响护士心理健康的不同因素,在科学引导护士自我释放和调节的同时,可通过改善工作环境,优化人力配置,注重护患关系的培养,避免护患纠纷的发生,从而缓解护士心理压力;不仅能有效改善护士心理亚健康状态,而且还利于护理队伍建设。
The nurses in the department of oncology not only provides routine disease nursing, medication guidance, disease observation and basic life nursing for tumor patients, but also provides mental nursing and health guidance for different mental states of patients in different tumor stages, high-intensity work and other factors make the mental pressure of nurses increase and even some nurses suffered from mental health problem. Managers should pay attention to the psychological health of nurses in health and to affect the psychological health of nurses of different factors in science to guide nurses self release and regulation at the same time, by improving working environment, optimize allocation of human, and pay attention to the cultivation of nurse patient relationship, to avoid the occurrence of the nurse patient disputes, so as to relieve the psychological pressure of nurses. Not only can effectively improve the health status of nurses, but also conducive to the construction of nursing team.
