摘要
目的对食物中毒事件病原菌进行检测和分析,确定中毒原因。方法根据流行病学调查和临床表现,选择疑似病原菌,依据GB4789.4-2010,GB4789/T.5-2012,GB4789.7-2013,GB4789.30-2010,GB/T4789.6-2003对采集的样品进行病原学分离和鉴定。结果从2份粪便标本和1份食物中检出鼠伤寒沙门氏菌。结论该次食物中毒为鼠伤寒沙门氏菌污染食物引起。
Objective To determine the poisoning causes by detecting and analyzing the pathogenic bacteria of food poisoning events. Methods The suspected pathogenic bacteria were selected according to the epidemiology survey and clinical manifestations, and the collected samples were given etiological separation and identification according to GB4789.4-2010,GB4789/T.5-2012,GB4789.7-2013,GB4789.30-2010,GB/T4789 6-2003. Results The salmonella typhimurium was detected from 2 pieces of stool samples and 1 piece of food. Conclusion The reason of this food poisoning is that salmonella typhimurium contaminates food.
