持续质量改进在消毒供应中心感染控制管理中的应用

Application of Continuous Quality Improvement in the Infection Control Management in the Sterilization and Supply Center

目的探讨持续质量改进在消毒供应中心感染控制管理中的应用效果。方法运用持续质量改进的工作方法对消毒供应中心的感染控制进行管理,采用统计学软件对2011年至2015年该院消毒供应中心的复用器械清洗合格率、灭菌合格率及院感发生率进行统计学分析。结果器械清洗合格率由2011年的96.38%提升至2015年的100%,灭菌合格率由95.14%提升至100%,院感发生率由3.78%下降至1.04%,各年份间每组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对消毒供应中心院感控制管理实施持续改进,可不断完善各项工作缺陷,利于建设规范化、科学化、制度化的消毒供应中心,有效降低院感发生率。

Objective To study the application effect of continuous quality improvement in the infection control management in the sterilization and supply center. Methods The infection control in the sterilization and supply center was managed by the working method of continuous quality improvement and the washing qualified rate of repeatedly used equipment, sterilization qualified rate and incidence rate of hospital infection from 2011 to 2015 were statistically analyzed by the statistical software. Results The washing qualified rate of equipment increased from 96.38% in 2011 to 100% in 2015, and sterilization qualified rate increased from 95.14% to 100%, the incidence rate of hospital infection decreased from 3.78% to 1.04%,and the differences in data between each year had statistical significance, P〈0.05. Conclusion The implementation of continuous improvement in the hospital infection control management in the sterilization and supply center can constantly improve various working defects, contribute to constructing standardized, scientific and systematical sterilization and supply center and effectively reduce the incidence rate of hospital infection.
