护理风险管理在外科护理管理中的应用效果研究

Research on Application Effect of Nursing Risk Management in the Surgical Nursing Management

目的探讨护理风险管理在外科护理管理中的应用效果,为临床外科护理管理提供参考依据。方法于2013年1月—12月期间在该院外科护理管理中实施常规护理管理,以此作为对照组,于2014年1月—12月期间在该院外科护理管理中实施护理风险管理,以此作为观察组,对比分析两组的护理安全事故发生率、护理质量评分、患者的护理满意率。结果观察组的护理安全事故发生率(2.00%)低于对照组的护理安全事故发生率(12.00%),两组的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的护理质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义;观察组患者的护理满意率高于对照组(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论护理风险管理在外科护理管理中具有积极的应用效果,可明显减少护理安全事故的发生,提高护理服务质量,促进护患关系的和谐发展。

Objective To analyze and study the application effect of nursing risk management in the surgical nursing management and provide reference basis for clinical surgical nursing management. Methods The control group were given routine nursing management in the surgical nursing management in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2013, the experimental group were given nursing risk management in the surgical nursing management in our hospital from January2014 to December 2014, and the incidence rate of nursing safe accidents, nursing quality score and nursing satisfactory rate of patients of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The incidence rate of nursing safe accidents in the experimental group was much lower than that in the control group（2.00% vs 12.00%）, and the difference between groups had statistical significance（P〈0.05）, the nursing quality score in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）, and the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）; the nursing satisfactory rate in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group and the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Nursing risk management in the surgical nursing management has a positive application effect, which can obviously reduce the occurrence of nursing safe accident, improve the nursing service quality and promote the harmonious development of doctornurse relationship.
