人性化优质护理管理在儿科的应用

Application of Humanized Excellent Nursing Management in the Department of Paediatrics

目的分析人性化优质护理管理在儿科的应用效果。方法选择该院儿科2014年1月—2015年4月收治的100例患儿,按照数字随机方法将全部患儿分成对照组(50例)和实验组(50例),对照组患儿采用临床常规护理管理,实验组患儿则采用人性化优质护理管理。结果实验组中无疼痛患儿所占比例80.0%显著高于对照组的56%(P<0.05);实验组患儿家长对护理工作的总满意度96.0%显著高于对照组的80.0%(P<0.05);实验组的护理纠纷事件发生率4.0%、护理差错事件发生率2.0%、护理风险事件发生率4.0%均显著低于对照组的26.0%、18.0%、20.0%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床儿科中,应用人性化优质护理管理能对患儿的疼痛程度进行有效改善,让患儿家长对护理工作的满意度提高,并让护理纠纷事件、护理差错事件以及护理风险事件的发生几率有效降低,值得临床推广。

Objective To analyze the application effect of humanized excellent nursing management in the department of paediatrics. Methods 100 cases of children admitted and treated in the department of paediatrics in our hospital from January 2014 to April 2015 were selected, and randomly divided into two groups with 50 cases in each, the control group adopted clinical routine nursing management, while the experimental group adopted humanized excellent nursing management. Results The painless rate in children of observation group was 80.0%, significantly higher than 56% in the control group（P〈0.05）;The nursing satisfaction of parents of children in observation group was 96.0%, significantly higher than80.0% in the control group（P〈0.05）;The nursing disputes event rate was 4.0% in the observation group, nursing errors event rate was 2.0%, nursing risk event rate was 4.0%,all were significantly lower than 26.0%,18.0%,20.0% in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the department of clinical paediatrics, the application of humanized excellent nursing management can effectively improve the children＇s pain degree, improve the satisfactory degree of children＇s family to nursing work, effectively reduce the occurrence probability of nursing disputes, nursing error events and nursing risk events, which is worth clinical promotion.
