摘要
目的探讨质量控制在血型实验室输血检验中的运用效果。方法选择该院2014年1月—2015年1月收治的需要输血的患者400例,按照数字随机方法将全部患者分成对照组和实验组,每组各200例;对照组患者并没有进行质量控制,实验组患者则加强血型实验室输血检验质量控制,对两组患者的输血安全情况进行观察比较。结果实验组患者的输血安全事件发生几率显著低于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论加强血型实验室输血检验的质量控制,能让输血安全事件的发生几率有效降低,让临床输血的质量和安全得以有效保证。
Objective To study the application effect of quality control in the transfusion test in the blood type laboratory.Methods 400 cases of patients needing transfusion admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2015 were selected, and randomly divided into two groups with 200 cases in each, the control group were without quality control,while the experimental group enhanced the quality control of transfusion test in the blood type laboratory, and the transfusion safety of the two groups was observed and compared. Results The occurrence probability of transfusion safe events in the experimental group was obviously lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Enhancing the quality control of transfusion test in the blood type laboratory can effectively reduce the occurrence probability of transfusion safe events and effectively enhance the clinical transfusion quality and safety.
