社区护理对老年糖尿病的干预影响调查分析

Survey Analysis of Intervention Effect of Community Nursing on Senile Diabetes

目的探讨社区护理对老年糖尿病的干预影响调查分析。方法将该院收治的136例老年糖尿病患者随机分为两组。对照组68例采用常规护理方法,而干预组68例在对照组基础上加用综合社区护理干预措施。比较两组患者血糖水平、自我管理能力、生活质量及护理满意度的差异。结果干预后干预组患者空腹血糖及餐后2 h血糖降低,也低于同期对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后干预组患者自我管理能力升高,也高于同期对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后干预组患者生活质量评分升高,也高于同期对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组患者护理满意率为94.1%高于对照组80.9%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);结论社区护理对老年糖尿病干预效果显著,其能够有效降低血糖水平,提高其自我管理能力,生活质量及护理满意度也较高,值得临床选择。

Objective To study the survey analysis of intervention effect of community nursing on senile diabetes. Methods136 cases of senile patients with diabetes admitted and treated in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups with68 cases in each, the control group adopted routine nursing method, while the intervention group adopted comprehensive community nursing intervention measures on the basis of the control group, and the differences in the blood sugar level,self-management ability, quality of life and nursing satisfactory degree were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, the fasting blood sugar and blood sugar at 2h after dinner in the intervention group increased and also higher than those in the control group at the same period, and the comparison had statistical differences（P〈0.05）; the self-management ability increased in the intervention group after intervention and also higher than that in the control group at the same period, and the comparison had statistical difference（P〈0.05）; the quality of life score increased after intervention in the intervention group and also higher than that in the control group and the comparison had statistical difference（P〈0.05）,the nursing satisfactory rate in the intervention group was higher than that in the control group with statistical difference by comparison（94.1% vs 80.9%）（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The intervention effect of community nursing for senile diabetes is obvious, which can effectively reduce the blood sugar level, improve the self-management ability and the quality of life and nursing satisfactory degree are also higher, which is worth clinical selection.
