摘要 为了避免留设煤柱造成下分层应力集中、采空区漏风等安全隐患,研究了切顶卸压沿空留巷无煤柱开采技术,论述了切顶卸压沿空留巷工艺流程,分析设计了沿空留巷支护参数、双向聚能预裂爆破参数、周期来压期间顶板支护参数以及工作面两巷超前支护参数等,并在唐山沟煤矿进行井下应用。结果表明,工程效果良好,大幅提高了资源回收率,有效解决了资源浪费、生产接续紧张等技术难题,为在大同、府谷地区推广应用奠定了基础。 To avoid the security risks in lower slice caused by coal pillar, such as stress concentration and air leakage, the paper studied a non pillar gob-side entry retaining mining with roof cutting pressure releasing, introduced the process flow, analyzed and designed parameters of roadway support for gob- side entry retaining, bi- directional cumulative blasting, roof support during periodical weighting and the advance support in the working face roadways. The study results were applied in Tangshangou underground coal mine, the application effect was favorable, which greatly increased in the resource recovery rate, solved the problems of resources waste and production connection, laying foundation for the popularization and application in Datong, Fugu area.
